My name is Beate. Very early in my life I knew, that the healing path, is the right path for me to be on. I have been working as a registered nurse in Germany until I came to Australia in 1998. Here my yoga journey began and after all those years, I still love the path that I am on. I am constantly enhancing my knowledge through different, ongoing studies.
My mission is to bring yoga to as many people as I can, because I have often witnessed the ability of yoga to change lives for the better, on many different levels, including my own.

Beate’s yoga therapy provided me with personalised support to help me holistically in all areas of my life. She created an individualised yoga program that included specific poses to help me with problems I wanted to focus on improving. It was such an amazing experience, and the skills I learned have been so valuable ever since. Beate’s wonderful advice has helped me greatly in all areas of life: yoga poses, mental health, fitness, injuries and awareness of breath. I am forever grateful for the therapy. Lauren B.
Beate, I’m so grateful to have met you and to have had you as my yoga teacher. I started taking yoga classes, because it was included as a session in my membership, until I was taught by you. You taught me how to “practice yoga” for me. To this day I practice yoga every day by myself, I find places of peace and quite, while I’m out walking I’ll just stop and practice. You were such an inspiration to me and I thank you so much. Pat.V.
Hi Beate, you got me started on my yoga journey almost 5 years ago now, and still I only wish you were back here at Mingara. You have a unique way of teaching people to focus on themselves and to look inside, to learn about their body. Love to you Gloria F.
